An application and 1 interview to see how your customer service and communication skills are. Was asked to give examples about difficult times in the customer service industry. It was fairly easy and quick.

Question 1
Describe a time when a customer was unhappy with a service or product and how you handled the situation
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
