Interview
The process was long and takes time.
The need to fill up long forms after a quick call interview is such a hassle, they take a lot of information even though the position was still not secured and you don't know if you are short-listed or not.
After filling up of forms, you get a call around 2-3 weeks. Took a long time.
They explained about being trained to the main branch, not on the branch you have to report to.

What is cGmp, what is the standard?
What is ISO? What are the standards? Why is there a need to comply?
What is Halal? What are the standards?
Why is there a need to test for concentrations?
What are their effects on the consumers if not tested?
What is physical evaluation? What is sensory evaluation?
Tell me the methods on how to conduct sensory evaluation?

Interview
The interview process took about two weeks including an initial interview, actual interview then a job offer discussion. The talent aqcuisition and hiring manager were nice and they scheduled things quickly.
