The recruiter phone screened, followed by a panel of 2 interviewers and hiring manager. Coordination was managed by multiple recruiters. There wasn't much guidance on interview topics and some of the interview questions were unstructured, hard to follow. I didn't hear from them for 14 days, despite follow up.
