I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Arlington, VA) in Sept 2017
Interview
The most emotionally and mentally draining interview process. Recruiter reached out to me in September for this position. Interviewed for this position for over a month, to only know that "my skills" did not align with the position. Then was referred for another position and spoke to a different recruiter. They are so fixated on behavioral questions and the STAR format that it sometimes overshadows the candidates ability of demonstrating his actual "skills" for the position. In total, I interacted with over 15 people in the company and this process took about four months. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of the candidate's timeline. They take their OWN SWEET time and do not realize that that actually hurts them and they lose good candidates. In December, when I reached out they ghosted me and never got back.

I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
