The process took quite long, got a missed call from HR/recruiter after 3 weeks. Need to remind the recruiter to email/call again to schedule the interview. The first round was 1:1 with the recruiter and most questions are behavior-based.
Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
