I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Waxahachie, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
3 Rounds, the first being a brief phone interview. The second is about two days later where you meet with the Geek Squad Manager (GSM) . After about two weeks they called me in for a final interview where I meet with the (GSM) and the General manager (GM). The second round interview was the roughest the last one was pretty simple, more or less a judgment of character assessment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How well do you know technology and are you equipped enough to teach someone, if so describe a time when you taught someone.
Overall a pleasant experience. Questions were not difficult to answer. Mostly how one would handle different situations and your past experience. The interview did not take a long time and wait time for a response was reasonable.

Question 1
Name a time where you had a customer with an attitude and how did you resolve it?
Very laid back, what do I do for fun, have you worked with customers before, what was my availability like? Have you worked with windows computers before. The manager was nice, has been there for a while.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2022
Interview
Interview was fairly easy. Most of it was behavioral questions. Usually a 2-interview process. They may ask you limited technology questions but nothing more than consumer-level knowledge as a consultant.
