I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Geek Squad (Boston, MA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Was a 3 step process. After applying (a day or two after) I received a call where had a phone interview. In this interview had classic questions like why did you apply here or what do you find in Geek Squad that there is no in other places. After that had a 1 to 1 meeting and some days after they called me to have a meeting with the store manager.
Overall a pleasant experience. Questions were not difficult to answer. Mostly how one would handle different situations and your past experience. The interview did not take a long time and wait time for a response was reasonable.

Question 1
Name a time where you had a customer with an attitude and how did you resolve it?
Very laid back, what do I do for fun, have you worked with customers before, what was my availability like? Have you worked with windows computers before. The manager was nice, has been there for a while.

Interview
Interview was fairly easy. Most of it was behavioral questions. Usually a 2-interview process. They may ask you limited technology questions but nothing more than consumer-level knowledge as a consultant.
