Basic online screening which was approx. 1 hour with 5-6 HR employees. Basic questions were asked about leadership, projects, etc. No technical questions asked. Interviewed in the fall of 2021.

It was a typical behavioral interview. I had two interviewers who ended being my manager and mentor. It started with a quick intro of myself and they started asking typical behavioral questions.
