I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Plano, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
I saw them at a job fair. They contacted me for an interview on campus. I talked to two people. The first one was supposed to be technical but honestly both seemed behavioral to me. Not much technical about it except for showing a class diagram for a problem. I think they're mostly looking for someone who may not skilled but has the ability to learn and is socially ok... This was honestly a pretty easy interview so I wouldn't stress. They're very nice though so I liked that.

First, they send you an online Technical Assessment. Then, if you pass that round, you will interview with two developers. They look at your resume and ask in depth technical questions.

Only did the OA, passed both problems, probably Leetcode Easy to lower medium. Never received another interview. Pretty fun questions, but easy to pass so the resume is the big part.

Question 1
Questions on Arrays and the manipulation of arrays.
A year ago, it was not technical and questions were easily answered in STAR format. Being able to talk about resume and experience is vital, as well as answering scenario questions.
