First was a video screening where you see a question and then film yourself answering. Callback took about a week and a half where HR does another screening over the phone. The final step is a 2-hr interview with team members.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Berkeley, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
They did a lot of recruiting at my university, I approached them at the career fair and connected well with the recruiter. He offered me an initial interview. The initial screening was 30 minutes. It was a lot of questions about myself and my past experience.
I advanced to the second round, which was a full on behavioral interview. They asked me a lot of STAR format questions.
Overall it was very friendly and accommodating.
