I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) in Oct 2010
Interview
In person interview is a joke. Be prepared to be interviewed by guys who can't speak english properly, and therefore some questions were (maybe intentionally) misleading and confusing. Interview consisted of STAR and confusing technical questions. Overall a very negative experience. GM has not learnt from its mistakes, and will be bankrupt again soon.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to make a big decision?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Milford, MI) in Apr 2022
Interview
Hirevue is the first step. A video recording asking you 3-5 questions. Familiarize yourself with the tool and process before starting. Next will be an in-person interview. At least 2 people will meet with you. They're asking for examples of your work regarding typical situations related to the job. Most interviews take about 1 hour.

- Virtual/Recorded interview
- Was able to re-record responses up to 3 times and was able to review each recording before submitting and moving on to the next question
- The questions were all standard, "get to know you" questions (non-technical)

Question 1
non-technical, just asking about you and your interests
On campus interview, pretty casual. Only logistic and behavioral questions. Asked me to talk about my experience on my resume. The Recruiter was really friendly and showed interests in the research project that I was working on.
