Simple, with General Aptitude, 2 Face to Face rounds with TL and Manger,final HR round either F2F/telephonic, have Incentive component for Associate and Sr. Associate level, Basic would be low paid

There is only round only and it was easy related to the financial statements and cash flow statements after that there is onboarding process and documentation and background verification whichbis quickly happens
It was a well aligned panel, straight forward with a technical round followed by HR. The process was easy to follow with minimum delays. The panel knew what they require and were asking appropriate questions.

Not happen at all, bad experience, hr behaviour should be policte and supportive please improve. Please provide all information before the interview. Genpact is a good company. Please hire employees with good salary
