HR round and then technical round is there to test knowledge of candidates in beif manner. Can be more specific to domain. Panel is formed to conduct interview and there might be GD round accordingly
They ask questions directly related to the work, mostly accounting. And how to sort out some technical glitches while performing day to day activities. It was good to have a complete understanding of flow of accounting procedures
