The interview processed moved quickly. I had a phone screen with a recruiter that briefly questioned me about my work experience and sent me an email to pick a time and date to set up my first interview. I interviewed with an HR Manager and was asked questions about my work experience and given a brief overview of the position and Geocent's history. After that I did a cultural interview with 2 other managers and discussed more about my experience and Geocent. They also got to know me a bit and my background. I felt very connected with each manager instantly and it didn't feel like your typical stiff/uncomfortable interview. They knew what they wanted and I knew what I was looking for, so everything went smoothly. Good mix of typical interview questions and general open-ended questions for you to expound upon your experience and your personality/disposition.
