Interview
Phone interviewed only. I spoke with 4 members of the executive team before receiving an offer. They were very focused on my background, and were more concerned with the customers that I could bring than my skills or goals.

Question 1
They asked about my previous territories, and verticals. Specifically, they were concerned with both my desire to work within a specific vertical, and who I could bring to the table as far as customers go. Looking more to pick-off customers, than with the person they are potentially hiring.
