First you have a phone interview with the recruiter. If you pass that interview they will email you links to assessments. There are 2 of those that you need to pass, they include questions about your character and work ethic and also a few appitude tests to determine your problem solving skills, awareness, and ability to multi-task. If you pass the assessments they will contact you for a live interview. My live interview included a tour of the facility and where you would be working if hired. After the tour there were 4 sets of interviews, 3 of the interviews had 2 people asking questions, and 1 just had 1 person. They were about 20 min long each and asked basically the same questions about your character and how you handled certain things at your previous jobs.
