I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (Atlanta, GA) in May 2019

Interview

The whole interview process very quick. I received an email from someone in HR to set up an interview. I did the interview on a Friday afternoon. It was very casual yet straightforward. I met with two of the engineering team leads I was going to be working with. I heard back from them the following Monday.

Name a time when I faced conflict with someone (at work, school etc) I was working with about something we had to work on together.

Applied to Koch, behavior-interview using HireVue,, mentioned Georgia Pacific is where I wanted to work, next day got an email inviting me to an interview virtually with managers at my location. Second interview was 75% me asking them questions, have at least 10 questions prepped.

Interview

I talked to a hiring manager at my university’s career fair. They held next day interviews. All of the questions were behavioral based and all were based off of the company’s values. I got a call two days later of their decision.
