I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Interviewers use situation, behavior, and outcome questioning technique. They are typically looking to see how the interviewee thinks and acts in certain situations to ensure the candidate will fit withing the culture of Georgia-Pacific. There is usually an interviewer that will ask questions that are directly skill oriented as it relates to project management. There may be a written test, but generally these are face to face interviews.

Question 1
Tell be about a time when you when you went along with the group's wishes even though you had strong reservations about what they wanted to do.
It was a really easy interview. Asked questions that were straightforward. Definitely still prepare for it. Important to ask any questions that you may have at the end. Including what do you look for in a successful candidate

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? What makes you a good candidate?
Went through 3 rounds of interviews and felt very promising. Flew in for a final in person interview. There was a revolving panel of employees who asked questions. Finally was what would be my manager. He was nodding off during my answers (I swear I wasn’t that boring). Either he was pulling overtime and getting no sleep or had some other issue going on. I didn’t get the job.

Question 1
Describe how you overcame difficulties during a project.
I applied online. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific in Jan 2022
Interview
Starts with the typical recruiter interview where general and situational questions are asked, then 2 more interviews follow. The recruiter ghosted me, which I find highly unprofessional and would think a company like Georgia Pacific had higher standards than that.
