Sehr professioneller Ablauf in verschiedenen Stufen mit den relevanten Ansprechpartnern, offen und gute Kommunikation in je einem Gespräch pro Ansprechpartner. Gute Vorstellung des Unternehmens und gesuchten Profils, es kam nicht zur Einstellung da ein Kandidat gesucht wurde der langjährige Erfahrung mitbringt.

I was contacted and scheduled the initial interview via email. 30 min interview, tell me about yourself and background questions. Very friendly conversation. Time to ask questions at the end.

Interview
Not a good interview experience. They did not seem interested in learning about my fit for the position. It was apparent that they did not take the time to read my resume nor did they ask me any job-related questions. At no point did I feel like was being seriously considered for the job, which was disappointing.
