I had an initial phone interview and then was brought out for an in person five hour interview with a number of employees. I got a bad feeling when one of the interviewees asked me how old I was. I didn’t answer the question but I believe my age (63) was ultimately the reason I didn’t move forward in the process.

Interview
First step they make contact with the candidate (phone screening) and they make a phone interview with the owner of the position, after this you dont receive any feedback or comments, second interview takes around 2 months ( a little unprofessional) face to face interview is a power point presentation according to their guidelines about your experience or field, and diferent departments are present to make questions and listend your presentation (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ) some of the participants dont pay attention, look for stuff on their phones and at least one of them was sleep during 90% of the time.

They do more talking about the process that they are developing and they expect you ask smart questions about it.
If you are not from their same field you are not welcome, or at least that was my impression.
