Completed in two visits to the schools premises. Firstly, I got interviewed by their Bilingualism Head during 20 minutes. Then, I was asked to complete a MCQ test in advanced English grammar, and writing down a short essay regarding the fulfilment of the prospective job duties. Afterwards, I completed an 80 MCQ test, most likely a compilation of IGCSE Biology papers.
Finally, a second interview with the HR manager during 30 minutes. The second day, I was requested to perform a quick demo class during 20 minutes with 8th graders. In retrospective, a fairly decent process.
