The interview process was very unorganized. The first round was followed by a long, unexplained gap of several months before the second round was scheduled. Despite that delay, I attended the second round and felt it went well. Unfortunately, the post-interview experience was disappointing. The HR team did not bother to follow up, respond to emails, or answer calls after the final round.
This kind of mismanagement and lack of basic communication is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates who invest their time and effort. A simple update—whether selected or not—should be standard practice. The overall experience reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment approach.
