Glassons Part-time Retail Sales Assistant interview questions

I applied online and then two days later I got a call and did a phone interview. I was asked basic questions like "tell me about yourself", "what's your availability like", "why do you want to work for Glassons", "what's your previous job experiences like". Then I got scheduled for an in-person interview instore a few days later. The email said the interview was going to be 30 minutes but it was legit only like 8 minutes long! It was basic questions as well - I've written down the questions below. Then I got an email asking me to come in for a 1 hour floor trial. Basically they were assessing what I was like engaging with customers who came in, who needed help and those in the fitting areas as well - it was really fun and the manager kept complimenting me, and I was quite positive I was gonna get the job! But then 5 days later I got the email saying I didn't get the job, that they chose someone with more retail experience (I didn't have any previous retail experience).
