Global Credit Union interview questions

The recruiting process needs an overhaul. They post jobs constantly, and it takes 6-8 weeks to hear from the recruiter. Then, a panel interview is set up after the screen, and then crickets, even though they say they will follow up in 7 days, they don't —very unprofessional recruitment process.
