If you want to waste your time, go for GlobalLogic interview. Very unprofessional HR team.
1. The HR team gets in touch on email/Linkedin, she sends emails at odd times like 9:30 PM or 11:50 PM.
2. The HR person does not schedule interviews by blocking your Google calendar, but she will simply share Google meet links randomly over email and keep changing the meet links 2-3 times on email, even at last minute when interview is supposed to start.
She is also very inflexible about your interview preference timings. For all 4 rounds, she had strict times available. If I asked for 30 minutes later, she said no our manager is only available at this time.
3. Two technical rounds, 1 Project manager round, 1 hiring manager round.
Technical rounds were good, both interviewers were friendly and helpful. Project manager round was also good, mostly questions about your current roles and responsibilities and overall team management questions.
4. The hiring manager asks your salary expectations, which he blatantly refuses to match. He gives a lower figure, collects your documents like last 3 months salary slips, aadhar card, appointment letters and relieving letters of all previous companies, 2 references. He gives a promise of releasing offer letter after 4-5 days.
This is where the magic happens, now the HR who contacted you initially disappears. She stops replying to your emails and phone calls. You wait till 10-15 days and you realize that this exact situation has been experienced by others by reading other glassdoor reviews.
FINALLY: BEWARE OF GLOBALLOGIC. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.
All this could be avoided by just answering the phone call/replying to candidates emails.
We do not expect you to hire each candidate, but giving basic feedback won't hurt you.
Lastly, GlobalLogic will check your organizational fit/culture fit, but I think firstly they need reality check of their culture itself.
