Interviewed with three persons. Nice discussions focused on my career goals. Pretty informal but really wanted to know if I was career minded or just looking for a job. Refreshing.

Question 1
3 and 5 year career goals, last book I read and training I took. Vetted some items on my resume in terms of positions and performance. Gave me plenty of time to ask questions as well.

Interview
After submitting the resume, it took about a month for me to be contacted. They sent a conference line for the interview since most people work remotely. The experience was good. All people are very nice and just want to get to know you (There were three people who are senior employees in the company who did the interview)
