The process consists of several stages covering multiple aspects: 1. A first interview with a Tech Recruiter to talk about role expectations, the hiring process, check the candidate's background and expertise. 2. Hiring manager interview, to assess the candidate expertise, current role and development along the way. In addition to this, it had some questions about people management, handling conflict, mentoring and leadership. 3.
