Four rounds: recruiter screen, then video interviews with the hiring manager, a director, and finally a VP, followed by a rejection email. The first two rounds felt organized; the middle rounds felt noticeably less prepared, almost like they'd been squeezed into a packed schedule. Structure loosened as the process went on, and the role's scope shifted mid-process, expanding from Midmarket-only to include Enterprise, with hints of a broader product/motion shift underway too. Hard to get a clean read on how I was doing throughout.
