I applied online. I interviewed at Goethe-Institut (Cairo, Cairo Governorate) in Apr 2023
Interview
My interview went very smoothly: It felt more like a chat rather than a Q&A. Towards the end of the interview, the hiring manager did something very unusual, at least to the Egyptian recruitment system, which was to inform me of the gross and net salary for the position along with all the social benefits. It's true that this does not give any space for negotiation, but I was not going to negotiate anyway, and I appreciate the transparency.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Goethe-Institut (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
First they let you do a test to determine your project coordination skills. Then you have the interview and if you are successful in that interview, they will invite you to another one.
