Quick and informative. They had an embedded recruitment company at the time and who were knowledgeable about the role and answered my questions promptly. That being said they company went through a massive scale up and doubled their employees so retention is a different question.

Interview
There were three stages. First, I met with a member of their talent team, who reached out after reading my CV. After passing this stage, I met the finance director and finance manager, who I would be reporting to, to talk about my experience and how it relates to the role. Finally, I met with two people that worked in different teams in the company (Compliance and Sales) to interview me about my values and how they align with the company’s values.

Question 1
The Competency questions related to my job experience in finance and how it matched with the job spec required for the position. The Values questions were more scenario based. They asked what my interpretation of their company values were and how I would deal with certain situations.
