I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Goldbrecht (Culver City, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who set up an initial phone screening. Then there was in-person interview with several staff, including CEO. The staff was very kind and welcoming.
Talked about my experience and skills. What I have done so far and my experience in certain things. The phone interview was conducted over the phone with the engineering manager
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Goldbrecht (Culver City, CA)
Interview
It was a decent interview, got to learn a lot.
But very unprofessional from Goldbrecht to not to respond with an offer or rejection.
They just keep interviewee hanging even after months or may be never get back to them if they are not interested, which is very unprofessional to somebody who is waiting for your response and has invested her time and efforts for interview.
It doesn't matter if its acceptance or rejection but they deserve a response.
