Golden English interview questions

Everything moved very quickly. The interviewer directly started asking questions (no introduction from the interviewer whatsoever). Details about the job and compensation were unclear. When asked about how much I would be paid, they refused to answer, saying they would send a letter instead of informing me on the spot. The offer letter they sent only mentioned the compensation issue vaguely. They mainly underlined the amount of salary they'd cut off if respective employees failed to meet their long list of requirements.
