Interview process is difficult, aptitude and technical aptitude is difficult ,stock market related questions will be there,third party aptitude is there, interview questions are hard to crack and aptitude is also very difficult.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Golden Sources International (San Carlos, CA)
Interview
I called in response to a Craigslist advertisement. I had a phone interview with the sourcing manager. They were looking someone with a college degree, and someone who could speak fluent mandarin and cantonese. I was told i'd be working with e-mail communications and excel worksheets.
