You start with an application, they call you and ask you three questions. If you answer correctly for those questions, then you go on to talk about potentially making an audition podcast. Then they call and tell you what they thought and potentially give an offer.

Not a crazy difficult interview. You get asked why you want an unpaid internship and what podcast equipment you have. I did find the interviewer to be slightly condescending which made me opt out of the position, but it was not an awful interview.
