interview process and how we assess candidates.
Our interview method is designed specifically for the fast-paced, diverse world of event
management. It isn’t solely about the answers to the questions; it’s about understanding how
you interact with others in a short period of time. We observe how you communicate, your
body language, and how you work within a team- whether in group activities, puzzles, or
even more relaxed exercises. This process helps us gauge qualities such as patience, a
sense of humour, responsiveness, and overall compatibility with our people-centric culture.
We understand that our interactive interview process may not be for you. However, it allows
us to showcase our team and culture upfront, giving candidates a clear view of who they’ll be
working long before the traditional interview begins.
While we didn’t offer an interview, we genuinely appreciate your feedback which helps us to
improve our candidate onboarding process and welcoming individuals who will thrive within
our organisation.
