The process involved a multi-hour Illustrator task based on a vague brief. After submitting detailed work, I was rejected within an hour - on a Sunday - with no feedback. It felt like a tactic to collect free design work under the guise of a skills test.

They asked me to create a full vector file in Adobe Illustrator based on a complex seating chart, using a simplified example as a reference.
There were minimal instructions, and I was expected to interpret all file structure, naming conventions, and design logic on my own.
