Interviewer dint know how to structure an interview. He should understand the role of a specifice profile before interviewing. He should be tought that HR jobs are behavioural and analytical rather than technical. Had so much attitude, dont know for what.

Interview

I went through 4 rounds. The first one was with the HR, the second with branch manager I guess, the third was technical( I wrote about 3000-4000 words) as they wanted to test how much I can write in a day and the fourth was the face to face with CEO.

First you need to fill a form given at the time of interview along with your resume. 1st round of interview is very generalized, 2nd round consist of writing skills test and if you pass this both the rounds, you will have the final round of interview.
