Interview
Worked with an agency member embedded in their team, had an initial kickoff call.
I was asked one morning to do a video interview with an executive to occur later that day, we conducted the call another day. Immediately after that interview they asked me to do an onsite on short notice, I gave alternative times and the person from the agency who is supporting them said they’d ask the team about availability. I followed up 3 times over the next 5 days and didn’t get a reply. I then get an email from the person saying that they had someone further along in the process that they made an offer too, this was without the in person interview they asked me to conduct ever occurring.
This was one of the most inept and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever been involved in, If this is what they feel is an acceptable candidate experience, I feel for the employees.

Interview
Interview process was very smooth and quick. Overall it was a positive experience. First round was a one-on-one, where we discussed previous experience and behavioral questions. Second round was with an HR representative and was similar to the first one except quicker.
