2 rounds of interviews. First round with the HR & second round with the boss. They have no proper office for an interview.
The boss is a china guy, actually forgotten about the interview timing and wearing short pants and t-shirt.
Requesting me to do role play of my past job experiences. seriously, he want the whole sales process and not summary. A sales process might need 1-2 hours for financial sales etc. Role play will not be the same as actual sale process to justify the person can do sales or not.
And role-play how a manager communicate with staff if they feel tired and unable to hit sales target.
I think role play cannot justify anything. Should look at the past records & awards & payslips..
Candidates consider properly before joining such bosses and company.
