there was total 3 round, 2 technical and 1 was cultural and fitment. R1 feedback : django and sql need improvement R2 feedback : all positive R3 feedback : not selected beacuse i do not fit into any team(with CV they couldn't figureout at the 1st place), and i need improvemnt in django and sql so will not proceed further(if not matched the level that needed then why to take R2 reject at R1 only na). pros : interviewer was knowledgable(R1 and R2 only) so discussion went well and given proper point wise feedback, like archectural, critical-thinking, db, db-archetecture, HLD, LLD, sql, django and all. cons : 1 : they do not have clarity what they want 2 : HR is not professional, i have to call everytime (eg: my R1 got cancalled 1 hour before still they don't inform you or check when r you available, you only have to check with HR and get the round scheduled ) 3 : as earlier said that their will be 2 round after round 2, i tried multipe follow up via call and then finally send a mail twice keeping all interviewer in cc then HR finally replied with "I tried to reach out to you for informing you that cleared R2 and I wanted to get your availability for R3,but unfortunately couldn't get through." so this R3(30min) is just an formality to reject you and to get to know the result i only have to call.
