Fairly straightforward with a phone call and then in person interview with hr, reception manager and general manager. Phone call asked about your previous experience, expectations, how much you can work. In person interview had classic behavioural questions.

Great, I enjoyed the interview experience. I was met and welcomed in a timely and professionally warm manner. Very professional, efficient and industry specific interview questions. Very interesting company history. Lovely warm atmosphere throughout the interview process.
