Interview
It was largely an interview with the principal in which she discussed the school, its mission, and then she asked me questions about my personal experiences. As I interviewed during the school year, she took me on a tour of many of the classrooms and gave me the chance to meet many of the teachers, paraprofessionals, support staff, and students. This part is what attracted me most to Hope Academy and what ultimately caused me to accept a position.
