Very low key and informative. Got right to the point of explaining the expectations. Explained fee, requirements, and patient load. Explained what a typical day looks like. Explained collaborative agreement and requirements for paperwork.

Interview

- Initial Zoom interview with Operations Manager
- Second Zoom interview with CEO
- Curated Portfolio request
Ultimately, I went back and forth in communication with the Green Health Docs team with extremely positive feedback after 2 interviews, and a review of my previous work and portfolio only to be completely ghosted with zero follow up communication in the midst of a conversation. It has since been ~2 weeks since I last heard anything from them, and I have reached out a few times to touch base with no response.

Question 1
Considering this is a position that they were looking to create and had no previous experience with hiring / employing for this position, the interview focused around mainly my skills, what I would recommend for the position, and how I think I could support the marketing and content strategy for the company. Overall, the CEO and Ops Manager seemed to have very different ideas / expectations for the position, and didn’t seem to be on the same page.
If applying for a position like this, I’d recommend referring back to the job description heavily, and using strong, leadership-oriented stats to boost your credentials.
