Awful. How embarrassing, head of marketing is solely Ecom and couldn’t even be bothered to be presentable, and wore a literal hoody to an in person interview. Where is the care? Where is the respect for the interviewee who’s spent time preparing presentations, first stage calls, recruiter calls, traveling to the location?! This poor brand needs brand people who care enough to put their best foot forward when representing the brand. How he could sit alongside the founder like this baffles me.
