Quick process, answered all my questions, if you've been in customer service you can answer the questions. I was offered great pay, everyone was very friendly and I was able to start right away. They pay you what you're worth if you ask and have the experience.

How do you go above and beyond for prospects and residents?
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
