GroMo interview questions

It was very straight forward and to the point interview: linked to the work. How would you contribute for a problem that company is facing today for a real scenario

It was a 4 round interview process. Very lengthy. Even the recruiters were confused about what questions to ask, how to judge the candidate. The recruiters were confused as to where exactly should they hire the candidate, given it's a startup and there are multiple departments.
