I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Groupon (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2018
Interview
First was a phone interview that lasted about 20 mins. They asked about my background as well as why I wanted to work at Groupon. The second interview was in person in Chicago. I first got a tour of the office, followed by and interview, job shadow and one more 30 minute interview.
In person interview to walk through experience and knowledge as well as problem solving focused interview questions. Sales experience and pitching are also a focus of the overall final interview.
It was pretty easy. There was a call with a recruiter that included some simple questions and felt more like conversations and then an in person interview with the manager(s) in the Groupon Chicago office.

Two interviews sometimes three — HR and hiring manager, took place in a virtual setting — video, standard process, then the offer came in the next day after the final interview and I had forty eight hours to decide if I wanted to accept the role.
