Interview
Two steps, one was a standard personality/introductory interview & the second was with two regional managers through zoom. Questions were typical to the industry and then follow up was handled by the recruiter from the first introductory interview.

Interview
Simple and straight forward, a basic "what would you do in this situation" interview.
Pre-set questions. I had a skype interview, so it was efficient and quick. 2 different interviewers. They were laid back and casual. Didn't try to trick you, were easy to get along with.
