The person at the company who got in touch made arrangements for a phone call. The phone call was long and just involved questions and what the job would entail. It wasn't really an interview, more of an informal chat - probably to see what the interpersonal skills are like. The job was offered at the end of the phone call and they offered to pay for the flight.
