I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Guideline
Interview
They reached out to me to apply. During the initial chat, we discussed TC, and I noted that their salary range was lower than I would accept by 20-30k. I asked them if they would be willing to meet my salary band if I did very well in the interview, and I was told that the leadership team was comfortable proceeding with my salary range.
According to feedback given to me by several people, including high level engineering leaders I spoke with afterwards, I did very well in the interviews, scoring "mid to high" in the level I applied for, according to one employee. However, after making me wait a couple weeks after I was informed I passed the bar + asking me to spend time talking with eng leadership I'd be working with, they ultimately didn't honor their word, and refused to make me an offer above the salary band they initially offered me. They also admitted that someone else they interviewed months previously was skipping the line and they would likely be going with them.
Everyone I spoke to except one member of eng leadership was great, but don't trust this company to honor their word or your time. There are better companies to apply to.

Question 1
System design was pretty trivial, coding questions were also pretty easy. If you're studying for companies with high bars, you don't have to worry about the questions they asked me.
Call with recruiter and then some silly Leetcode problems where the you can hear the interviewer look up problems and then sit in silence while you solve them. The process leading up to the calls were mediocre and not the most organized.
